– Inspired by the Segni Mossi Project (a research project created in 2014 by visual artist Alessandro Lumare and choreographer Simona Lobefaro with the goal of investigating the interaction between dance and graphic representation) and by observing elements of nature, we will creatively (and playfully!) explore the body’s movement through space, paying attention to the marks and traces we leave wherever we go, as well as our encounters and interactions with others.
– Together, we’ll have the chance to discover new ways to explore different learning opportunities, using body movement and lots of color!
– By combining various forms of expression, we will explore different concepts and processes: from the abstract to the concrete, from individual exploration to collective exploration; rediscovering the “enchanted gaze”; the group’s movement in space; the power and imprints of Nature …)
– We will listen to and explore the sounds of nature, different musical tempos, the rhythms of our bodies, and the traces they leave in space.
