Session 1: Awareness and Mindfulness

  • The Basics of Mindfulness and Its Benefits.
  • Self-Awareness: Identifying Values and Emotions.
  • Developing Empathy: Practices for Recognizing Others’ Perspectives and Emotions.

Session 2: Mindful Communication

  • Exercises to promote active listening and understanding of emotions.
  • Techniques for fostering empathy and compassion in the educational setting.
  • Interactive activities for reflective dialogue and active listening.
  • Simulations of conflict situations, aimed at fostering empathetic expression and collaborative resolution.

Session 3: Fundamentals of Conscious Organization

  • Reflections on Personal and Professional Values.
  • Self-awareness activities to identify values and understand their influence in the workplace.
  • A discussion on the importance of aligning personal values with professional practices.
  • Implementing Mindful Rituals: Developing daily routines to promote well-being and efficiency. Practices for starting and ending the workday in a mindful and balanced way.

Session 4: Mindful Leadership and Organizational Culture

  • Personal SWOT Analysis and Leadership Strategies.
  • Using the SWOT analysis tool for self-assessment and planning personal and professional development.
  • Discussion on the principles of effective and mindful leadership.
  • Mindful Organizational Culture and Resilience: Exploring strategies to create an organizational culture that promotes well-being and inclusion. Discussion on how to strengthen individual and collective resilience in educational settings.

Georgina is a professional with over 20 years of experience in countries such as Portugal, England, and Angola. Her professional journey includes experience with the Reggio Emilia approach and the IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum, and these experiences have led her to realize that only an education grounded in love and awareness can truly make a difference in the lives of children and educators.

Her work spans the fields of education and social intervention, where she serves as an educator, trainer, and consultant. Her goal is to provide tools and resources that inspire the growth and well-being of everyone involved in the educational process. Through her work, Georgina seeks to promote a holistic approach that integrates emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive aspects, emphasizing the importance of love and awareness in the learning process. Georgina believes that education is a powerful tool for transformation and that, by cultivating values such as love, empathy, and awareness, we can create a more harmonious and inclusive world.
