Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Master's Degree in Mathematics / Education,

Ph.D. in Education Sciences on the topic “The Importance of Statistics in the Development of Critical Thinking in Teacher Education.”

He is an Adjunct Professor at the Paula Frassinetti School of Education in the Department of Teacher Education, where he coordinates the Distance Education Center. He is a visiting Adjunct Professor at ESE – Polytechnic Institute of Porto and a researcher at CIDTFF (Center for Research on Didactics and Technology in Trainer Education) at the University of Aveiro. He participates in various research projects and is the author of publications in the field of teacher education, with an emphasis on Educational Technology and the Didactics of Mathematics.
